Dhawahr Al-Hayat Company has achieved remarkable progress by contributing with the staff of the Northern Refineries to rehabilitate the gas oil production unit in the Northern Refineries. This project aims to raise production efficiency and improve product quality.
Details of the works carried out
Replacement of internal trays: The replacement of all internal trays of Tower C05 has been successfully completed, and is currently entering the stage of careful final inspection to ensure the quality of work.
Modernization of control systems: Comprehensive rehabilitation work is currently underway for the control system and systems in the unit, which will contribute to improving the accuracy of control in production processes.
Maintenance of conveyor lines: The company’s staff works to maintain the lines conveying the material and replace damaged parts, to ensure the safety of operations and reduce waste.
Cleaning and inspection of the reactor: The cleaning work of the C05 reactor was completed, and the cadres of the Engineering Inspection Department conducted a preliminary examination of it to ensure its safety.
Rehabilitation of vessels: Work is continuing to rehabilitate the unit’s vessels, as the rehabilitation of 5 vessels has been completed so far
Packaging and cleaning: Packaging has been removed from tower 05
