Dhawahr Al Hayat has made significant strides in developing the Nassiriya Refinery, a part of the Northern Refineries in Salah al-Din. The company’s technical and engineering teams continue to work at an accelerated pace to complete the project according to the specified timeline.

Key achievements to date include:

  • Completion of the Second Unit Furnace Installation: All parts of the furnace, including the combustion zone, radiation zone, and charge zone, have been installed. The lower part of the furnace has also been installed at the Nassiriya Refinery in preparation for the installation of the connecting links and the upper part. The installation of the furnace is a crucial step, paving the way for the commencement of the pipe network installation stages between the equipment.
  • Remarkable Progress in Mechanical Works: Mechanical works in the main towers of the second and third units at the Nassiriya Refinery are progressing steadily. Work is underway to install and line the bases with stainless steel.
  • Ongoing Civil Works: Civil works continue at a high pace, including service building works, excavation, and leveling of unit grounds, as well as the construction of passageways for electrical cables and precision instruments.
  • High Completion Rate in the Manufacturing and Rehabilitation of Heat Exchangers: The completion rate of manufacturing and rehabilitating heat exchangers has exceeded 90%, and their installation is expected to be completed soon.
